Colorado Advanced Orthopedics is proud to announce that Dr. Kevin Borchard will be a featured presenter at the 23rd Annual BeaconFest on April 18. BeaconFest is Colorado’s largest and most fun celebration for seniors, baby boomers and their families. Attendees will enjoy a fun-filled day of learning and entertainment during this celebration of everything that’s great about getting older.
Dr. Borchard will be presenting in Seminar Room 2 at 11:30 am. His seminar is titled “Updates in Robotic Assisted Total Knee Replacement Surgery.” During the presentation, he will share insights into CAO’s commitment to providing top-notch orthopedic care that prioritizes patient experiences and outcomes. In addition, Dr. Borchard will highlight the advancements in our state-of-the-art technology and introduce the newest member of our surgical team, Dr. Alejandro Miranda. Dr. Miranda specializes in foot and ankle procedures, bringing a new dimension to our orthopedic surgery team that allows us to provide even more comprehensive care for individuals along the Western Slope.
BeaconFest is a free event providing individuals along the Western Slope a day of fun, while also delivering important information that is relevant to our senior population. This action-packed event runs from 9 am to 3 pm at the Grand Junction Convention Center.

There will be two stages with live music from some of the Western Slope’s best local bands. The main stage will feature King n Trio, Javier de los Santos, Jimmy LIVE, and Donny Morales. The foyer stage will have music from Canyon Grand Barbershop Quartet, Robin Freed and the Harps in Motion Ensemble, Peggy Malone and Big Swig.
You can also enjoy food from some of the best local restaurants while you soak in the live music on each stage.
